HOW DO YOU STORE MY INFORMATION?
Your information is stored on secured cloud based servers. Free and Team subscriptions are stored on a shared tenancy within a single database. Clients who require isolated databases can achieve this through our Enterprise subscriptions for greater security.
WHAT PERSONAL DETAILS ARE STORED?
We store your social media unique identifier or your Azure Active Directory Id, your first and last names and your email address. We do not share these details with other sites or disclose them to any third-party other than where required by law.
DO YOU OFFER TRAINING COURSES
We are currently developing online training courses that will be available to all users. These courses are expected to be available in 2019 Q2. Please contact us for further details.
CAN PROJCYCLE BE INSTALLED LOCALLY
Client sites with limited or no internet connectivity might require projcycle to be installed on local servers. We have on-premise licence options available in these instances. Further details are available upon request.
