Project Health

Project Health provides visualisations that enable the project manager to analyse the contribution and utilisation of resources over time. These charts can be used to identify potential issues before milestones are missed, maximise project benefit and avoid project timeline slippage.

My Project

Depending on the configuration of your project at project activation, the left panel will display the steps required to complete the currently selected project. The project will open to the current open step by default. 

The steps available are: 

Identification -  displays a read only table of initiative details that have been approved to trigger the project initiation. 

Project Charter -  Details the benefits, schedule, key stakeholders, Risks, constraints, project scope, goals, key measures, costs and benefits. 

Option Assessment - Details options analysis and risk assessment, SWOT analysis and recommendations.

Business Case - Financial assessment of the value proposition

HSE Approval - Organisation specific Health, Safety and Environment assessment and approvals

Execution Plan - Gantt chart user interface to manage scope, constraints and dependencies. 

Expenditure application - Self building PDF document that gathers key points from the Project and summarises into a document that can be used to apply for expenditure. 

Project Tracking - Monthly update reporting, budget and forecast tracking. 

Completion report - document completion, lessons learned and hand over details

Closure Report - Document final outcomes and close financials.

Labour, Invoices and Expenses

These three tabs enable manual input of labour, invoices and expenses which are then used for project cost benefit tracking. Optionally, these can be configured to be read only based on data from relevant HR and Finance systems.
