Use the interactive Gantt chart to add tasks and milestones. Link tasks, add subtasks, drag and drop start and end dates.
Monthly Updates
Keep stakeholders informed with monthly updating on tasks to do, done and issues and roadblocks. View historic monthly updates also to maintain audit trails.
Budgets and Forecasts
Enter monthly budgets and forecasts. Connect ProjCycle to data from finance systems to populate spend values. Projcycle calculates the variance up to 32 months into the future from the project start date.
Step Approval
If you are an authorised user with access to this project, you can approve or reject the Project Tracking step by selecting from the status drop down. A comment can be added to the response. Click the save icon at the top of the page to finalise.
Supporting documents
Supporting documents can be included by clicking the "+" icon and browse using the pop up dialog. Existing uploaded documents are visible in the list and can be viewed or deleted by selecting a document and clicking the appropriate icon.
