PROJECT CHARTER

Outline the Project concepts and benefits with initial planned schedule, scope, costs and identification of key stakeholders. 

Project Charter Sections

Complete the fields as required and click the save icon to save. 

This step clarifies key project details before options assessments and business cases are created.  The sections available to complete are

Concept/ Benefits - these fields are initially copied over from the Identified initiative

Planned Schedule - Preliminary start and end dates with project duration. 

Team - Key Stakeholders

Definitions - Describe the high level scope of the project. 

Goals - Key Performance Indicators to determine key success measures. 

Risks / Constraints - Any identifiable risks that may prevent the project from succeeding

Scope - High level description of the scope with inclusions and exclusions

Costs - Opex and Capex estimates

Step Approval

If you are an authorised user with access to this project, you can approve or reject the Project Charter step by selecting from the status drop down. A comment can be added to the response. Click the save icon at the top of the page to finalise. 

 

Supporting documents

Supporting documents can be included by clicking the "+" icon and browse using the pop up dialog. Existing uploaded documents are visible in the list and can be viewed or deleted by selecting a document and clicking the appropriate icon.
